Who we are

This website, revyn.com, is run by Revyn LLC ("Revyn," "we" or "us"), 30 Precision Drive, North Springfield, VT 05150. If you have a question about this policy or your information, email outlast@revyn.com or call (802) 300-3800.

Information you give us

We collect the details you choose to send us through our forms, by email or by phone:

• Project quotes: your name, email, phone number, whether you're an architect, homeowner, builder or something else, your project's location, and what you tell us about the project, including any plans, drawings or opening schedules you send.
• Contact form: your name, email, phone number and message.
• A complimentary copy of the book: your name, email, firm or practice, and mailing address.
• Sending the book to a friend: your name and email, your friend's name and mailing address, and your note. We use your friend's address only to mail the book, and we don't add your friend to our email list. Please only send a friend's details if you believe they'd welcome a copy.
• The Homeowner's Guide: your first and last name and email.
• The Steel Report: your email address.
• The book preview: the preview is hosted by Simplebooklet. After the opening pages, it asks for your name, email and business name before you read on, and shares them with us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, some information is collected automatically through server logs, cookies and similar technologies:

• Server logs: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records details such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and the time of your visit. We use these to run the site, keep it secure and stop abuse.
• Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to tell real people from automated bots.
• How you found us: when you first visit, our website notes how you arrived, such as the website or campaign link that sent you, and the first page you viewed. That note is kept in your browser. If you send us a form, it goes with your details so we know how you found us.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website, such as which pages they view and for how long. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address, device and browser, and the pages you visit.
• Advertising pixels: we use the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. They let Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn recognize that you visited our website, so we can show you Revyn ads on their platforms and measure how those ads perform. They use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, device and browser, the pages you visit and actions you take on our site, like sending a form. Meta and LinkedIn may connect this with your account on their platforms.
• Content from other services: our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address so it can deliver them. Pages that show the book preview or videos load content from Simplebooklet or YouTube.

Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Simplebooklet and YouTube handle the information they collect under their own privacy policies.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• answer your questions and prepare quotes
• mail the book and send the Homeowner's Guide
• send The Steel Report, if you subscribe
• follow up about the projects and materials you asked about
• show you Revyn ads on other platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, after you visit our website
• measure how our website and our advertising perform
• run, secure and improve our website
• meet our legal obligations

If you request a quote, the book or the guide, we may follow up by email about Revyn windows and doors. Every email we send includes a link to unsubscribe.

How we share it

We don't sell your name, email, phone number, mailing address or project details, and we don't give them to other companies for their own marketing. We share personal information only:

• With the companies that help us run our business, such as Go High Level (our customer and email platform, which stores form submissions and sends The Steel Report), Cloudflare (hosting, security, spam protection and file storage), Google (website analytics) and the carriers that deliver the book. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• With our advertising partners, Meta and LinkedIn, through the pixels described above, so we can show you Revyn ads and measure how they perform.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Revyn, our customers or others.
• As part of a business transaction, such as a merger or the sale of the company, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

Some state privacy laws, including California's, call letting advertising partners collect information through cookies and pixels a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising," even when no money changes hands. You can opt out of it at any time, as explained under Your choices and rights.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and project records for as long as we need them to serve your windows and doors, including warranty service. We keep your email on The Steel Report list until you unsubscribe. We delete other messages and requests once we no longer need them, unless the law requires us to keep them. Google, Meta and LinkedIn keep the information their tools collect according to their own policies and our account settings.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from any of our emails at any time, using the link at the bottom of the email.
• Opt out of targeted advertising. Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser: when our website receives that signal, it won't load our advertising pixels for that browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and change your ad preferences in your Meta and LinkedIn account settings.
• See, correct or delete your information. Ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing outlast@revyn.com or calling (802) 300-3800. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep information the law requires us to keep. We aim to respond within 45 days.

Some states, including California, give their residents specific privacy rights. We offer the rights above to everyone, wherever you live, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There's no agreed standard for how websites should respond to it, so our website doesn't change what it does when it receives one. We do honor Global Privacy Control, as explained above.

Keeping your information safe

Our website uses an encrypted connection, and we limit access to your information to the people and services who need it. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work hard to protect what you share with us.

Children

Our website is for adults who are planning, designing or building homes. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

Revyn is based in the United States, and our website is intended for people in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be stored and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll also let you know by email or with a notice on our website.
